Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Job Summary:

Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics for company business.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Plan and organize event for the company when required.
  • Identify and evaluate competitors plan and strategy in the market.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and Facebook page that attracts customer.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, social media influencers, and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely and effectively.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners, artworks, to promotional banners, and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
  • Understanding of public relations.
  • Ability to lead and manage team.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Good computer skill: Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Good command in spoken and written in English.
 
 

E-commerce Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Keep update, create, and manage product descriptions for online shopping platforms such as Website, Facebook, Instagram etc.
  • Build trust and foster relationship with customer to be recognized as a premium e-commerce in Cambodia.
  • Check and approve with online sale team regarding posting content, comment and product details. Ensure that no error or mistake happen.
  • Arrange and manage delivery schedule and transportation.
  • Record weekly/monthly sales and reports to management.
  • Communicate and explain product knowledge with customers through phone, e-mails, comment, and chats professionally.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant field.
  • At least 1 year proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online business or similar work experiences.
  • Must be able to understand e-commerce, online business and its process.
  • Be able to lead a team and achieve result.
  • Good computer skill: Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail.
  • Good command in English both speaking and writing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
 
 

Store Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Organize and distribute tasks to each team member
  • Ensure that all staff follow and respect ZANDO’s standards of customer service
  • Hold daily meeting with staff to encourage communications and continually advise staff on how to increase sales
  • Work with ZANDO Management on increasing sales and implementing promotions
  • Continually monitor sales and customer profiles and regularly report back to ZANDO Management
  • Inform Management at Head Office of anything that has a major impact on the store and/or its sales
  • Monitor mannequins, window display and the keeping of the brand’s standard at all times
  • Monitor furniture condition and shop maintenance
  • Responsible for stock control mechanisms to prevent loss or theft
  • Monitor all cash handling procedures.

  • Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in management or leadership is a plus.
  • High motivation and ability to work independently.

Assistant Store Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through good services.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards if necessary.
  • Propose innovative ideas for the benefits and improvements of the company.
  • Lead the team in the absence of your Branch Manager.
  • Provide both direct and indirect reports to positively impact the team, operations and profitability of your store.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc...).
  • Be a role model of well behavior and high performance.
  • Perform additional store manager duties and assist in daily store operation.

Senior Accountant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Check, prepare invoice, cash requisitions and other documents for processing, and obtaining approval;
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns;
  • Prepare and keep records of assets, and expense entries by classifying, summarizing, compiling, analyzing account information;
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable;
  • Analyze and summarize financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss and other statement;
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University degree in accounting, finance, economics or any relevant field
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office and required software
  • Good experience in preparing financial statement
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements
  • Fluency in both Khmer and English language
  • Ability to work independently and to work in team harmoniously.
 
 

Assistant Accountant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Monthly and daily expenses booking and record.
  • Monitor petty cash payment made by cashier.
  • Complete and maintain sales invoices and reports
  • Manage accruals & prepayments
  • Carry out office administrative tasks;
  • Maintain documents and records to ensure all files are kept up to date.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least year one university student in Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or any relevant field;
  • With or without experienced candidate can apply;
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures

Graphic Designer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop artwork leaflet, brochures, posters, banner, logos and other marketing material as required.
  • Design accessories for garment products: tag, hang tag, price tag, logo, to promote product branding.
  • Photo retouching and video editing.
  • Work together with Studio Team such as Photographer
  • Other project as assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least undergraduate student in Graphic Design, or any relevant field.
  • Must have 2 years working experiences in Graphic design or related work.
  • Understand and can use Designing on tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.
  • Creative idea and problem solving.
  • Good command of Khmer and English.
  • Responsible, Flexible, Friendly and Hardworking.

Fashion Designer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Study fashion trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to customers
  • Develop patterns and decide on a theme for a collection
  • Make sketches by hand or on the computer
  • Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, or style for each garment or accessory
  • Work with other designers or design team members to create a prototype design
  • Present design ideas to the director for comment and decision making
  • Develop a pattern that is cut and sewn into sample garments and supervise the creation of these, including fitting, detailing and adaptations
  • Work with models to try out your designs
  • Oversee the final production of their designs
  • Other tasks assigned by the director
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in design of fine arts, or college degree in fashion design or related field.
  • Availability to travel for research, training and product development
  • Plan and develop ranges, often based on a theme
  • Adapt existing designs for mass production
  • Good command in English both speaking and writing
  • Ability to use designing software such as Adobe software and other relevant software.
 
 

Junior Fashion Stylist

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Keeping up to date with current and changing trends in fashion and design.
  • Advising models on fashion styling for visuals.
  • Assisting in selecting the most appropriate collections and ranges for the photo shoot.
  • Purchasing props for shoots.
  • Assisting in choosing proper location for outdoor photo shooting.
  • Preparing and selecting model for photo shooting.
  • Create theme that is fit with the collection for photo shooting.
  • Other tasks will be assigned later
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes and designer labels
  • No experience required
  • Understanding of different face and body shapes
  • Knowledge of different body types and how to dress them in the most flattering way
  • Understand the basic of modeling posture and etiquette
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Ability to work independently and to work in team harmoniously
