- Design and deliver technology-focused teacher training programs
- Mentor and coach local teachers to integrate digital tools into their teaching
- Develop and adapt educational materials for local contexts
- Facilitate hands-on workshops on technology-enhanced learning
- Assist in curriculum development for STEM / IT education
- Support digital literacy initiatives for students and teachers
- Relevant education and experience, at least bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in STEM/IT subject
- Fluent in English and Khmer
- Experience in teacher training, mentoring, or coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience is a plus
