Teacher Development Support Organisation

The Teacher Development Support Organisation (TDSO) is a non-governmental organisation established in 2017, with a team of around 60 staff. We work with the public education system in Cambodia to improve the quality of primary education by strengthening teachers’ pedagogical skills and classroom practice. Our programmes are accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and delivered nationwide through structured training, in-classroom coaching, and teaching materials designed for resource-constrained schools. By helping teachers apply more effective teaching methods, we aim to improve learning outcomes and ensure that every child has access to a trained teacher.
