Duties
This position is responsible for providing assistance related to administration tasks such as online customer service, logistic, answering enquiries as well as maintaining appointment and client files system.
In addition, the position holder will be trained to provide clinical online service directly to clients.
The position holder is also responsible for other relevant duties as directed by Manager.
- Be able to speak English and Chinese or Vietnamese
- At least a bachelor’s degree in related field
- Well-developed Vietnamese or Chinese speaking and writing
- Willing to learn
- Well-developed organization, time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of team with high degree of autonomy
- Ability to use computer and software such as Microsoft.
- Understanding of issues that affect people living with HIV/AIDS
