Report to: National Project Director and National Project Manager
- The National Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Project Management Unit (PMU) in the following functions:
- Provide technical support to the National Project Director and the National Project Manager for effective result-based management of the project;
- Provide capacity development services to concerned counterparts, in cooperation with project consultants;
- Provide technical support for the monitoring and evaluation of the project to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of project activities and objectives.

- Professional Experience: Master’s of providing technical advisory, strategic coordination, and high-level communication with government bodies, development partners, and CSOs to maximize project impact for 3 years as a minimum
- Professional Experience: Bachelor’s of providing technical advisory, strategic coordination, and high-level communication with government bodies, development partners, and CSOs to maximize project impact for 5 years as a minimum
- A university’s degree or higher in Electronic Waste, Circular Economy and Sustainable Innovation, Environmental Management, Waste Management, Environmental Policy, Climate Change and Sustainable Finance, International Development, with specific academic background related to waste and circular economy, and green financing
- Project Management: Proven track record in the full project lifecycle (e.g., design, implementation, coordination, and M&E) while fostering strategic partnerships between international organizations and national governments.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of environmental and waste management issues, with a strong network of key actors across political, economic, and development sectors.
- Institutional Knowledge: Familiarity with UN procedures and diverse donor agency protocols (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with UNDP and/or UN agencies, research institutes, and academia will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional ability in communication and networking, negotiations and writing.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in spoken and written Khmer and English
- Flexibility and ability to operate in different cultural settings and with a variety of stakeholders; culturally and gender sensitive.
Finance & Admin Assistant

- The Finance & Admin Assistant will work closely with the whole project team (staff and consultants) and will perform the following key functions:
- Provide general administrative support to the project; and
- In line with the GSSD Operations Manual, provide support on accounting, budgeting and financial management of the project budget.

- Experience of progressive experience in financial management or project accounting for 2 years as a minimum
- A Secondary education with specialised certification in finance or, accounting, business, economics, public administration or other field relevant to the TORs.
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in organizational logistics, financial reporting, inventory control, and budgetary management.
- Operational Background: Demonstrated experience managing the operational requirements of UN-funded projects or other international donor-funded programs (highly desirable).
- Experience with UNDP and/or UN agencies, research institutes, and academia will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional ability in communication and networking, negotiations, and writing.
- Excellent command of Khmer (both written and oral) and good working knowledge of English.
- Flexibility and ability to operate in different cultural settings and with a variety of stakeholders; culturally and gender sensitive.
