National Chief Technical Advisor
Contract Duration
The consultancy service is for 18 months with the possibility of extension based on performance, project needs, and funding availability. A three-month probation period will be applied.
- Education:
- Master's degree or higher in Project Management, Education, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in project management and reporting, preferably in projects funded by international donors such as the World Bank/other DPs/UN agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in working with government bodies, particularly in education sectors is an asset.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing and managing education-related projects is an asset.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including local communities, and sub-national governmental agencies.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary project team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in financial and progress reporting.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to conduct training sessions and workshops, enhancing the skills and knowledge of project team members.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Khmer and English, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office application and others.
- Knowledge of World Bank reporting requirements and SOPs of Cambodia is essential.
