Work Conditions
- Working days alternate weekly: one week from Monday to Friday, and the following week from Monday to Saturday morning.
- Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
- Company-provided transportation for employees residing in Phnom Penh (pick-up and drop-off).
- The role is based in the office but requires frequent travel to meet with customers.
- Additional bonuses are provided on top of the salary, such as holiday bonuses (e.g., Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben, etc.).
- Public holidays are observed in accordance with the Cambodian Ministry of Labor regulations.
- Translate documents from Korean to Khmer and vice versa.
- Interpret during internal meetings and customer meetings.
- Support office tasks related to sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare reports and communications in Korean based on Khmer content
- TOPIK Level 3 or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in listening, writing, and speaking Korean, Khmer, and English.
- Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Korean work culture.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing and able to travel and work in provincial areas as needed.
