Headmaster
- Educational Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership to the teaching staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to educational excellence.
- Implement and monitor curriculum standards to meet the educational objectives of the NGO.
- Teacher Management:
- Collaborate with the NGO's leadership team to recruit, train, and supervise a team of teachers, ensuring they adhere to the NGO's teaching methodologies and principles.
- Collaborate with the NGO's Quality Manager to conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
- Student Welfare:
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
- Monitor and address student welfare concerns promptly, collaborating with teachers and parents as necessary.
- Community Engagement:
- Build positive relationships with parents, local communities, and relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in community events to promote the school and its mission.
- Program Development:
- Collaborate with the NGO's leadership team to contribute to developing and enhancing teacher training programs.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the practice school.
- Develop and implement various activities promoting second language development.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including attendance records and school schedules
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in educational leadership and school management.
- Strong understanding of English language education methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Cambodian education policies and practices.
