Digital Marketing Intern
Job Summary
Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting works under Social Business Department in PSI/ Cambodia in assisting with the execution of the online and offline marketing campaigns that promote brands, products, and services; in collaboration with other units, promoting products and services through digital channels, products online sale and other assigned tasks.
Period of Assignment: 06 months
REPORT TO: Product Strategy Lead
Allowance & Benefits
- Allowance: 240$ per month

- Public holidays according to the notification of the Government.
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist with the promotion of Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and YouTube.
- Assist in content creation for digital marketing activities to promote the products.
- Work with designers to improve artwork and text for the post on social media platforms.
- Assist with organizing product online sales including other promotional events.
- Assist in collecting the sales invoices from delivery agents and report them to the supervisor.
- Assist in packing the products when any order is made by consumers with the team.
- Liaise with consumers for the product online sale and home-to-home delivery if needed.
- Response to Facebook Messenger once consumers chat to ask for information.
- Other Marketing Tasks:
- Assist in distributing promotional materials regardless of branded or non-branded.
- Assist in conducting offline marketing campaigns to build brand awareness.
- Attend workshops and training required by PSI to improve the skills and knowledge.
- Perform daily administrative and other related tasks as required.
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Previous experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role is an advantage.
- Basic skills and some experience in creative content writing are preferred.
- Have knowledge of social media platforms advertising and digital marketing campaign.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize the task and manage it effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Khmer and Fair in English (Written and Oral)
