Digital Marketer
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Executive is the key person in charge of executing Canopy Sand’s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimisation process. The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Marketing Manager such as increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display).
- Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
- Manage social media marketing and digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, etc.).
- Manage SEO campaigns.
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
- Work together with web designers to maximise user experience.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimisation plans.
- Conserve partnerships with media companies.
- Stay updated with emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
- Other requests assigned by the marketing manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology preferred but not a must.
- Good command of English and Khmer (written and spoken).
- Prior work experience as a digital marketer, content creator, or similar. At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a fast-evolving environment.
- A critical thinker with problem-solving skills, and knowhow of web analytics tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics and in creative content writing.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Assistant Marketing Manager
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Job Purpose
The Assistant Marketing Manager works under the direction of the marketing manager to help reach the company’s marketing goals and objectives and is responsible for company-wide marketing initiatives. He/she will coordinate and manage the implementation of an integrated marketing programme to expand Canopy Sands Development’s brand and its project.
- Creates written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and/or other related issues.
- Liaise with the marketing agency for strategic planning and relevant agencies for carrying out integrated marketing campaigns.
- Meetings with relevant departments to provide consultation and assess projects and campaigns.
- Develops and designs proposals, internal communication pieces, web pages, and /or other related collateral materials and participates in and oversees the production of such materials by providing direction to the applicable individuals.
- Compiles, analyses, and reports marketing data. Delivers reports through written documents and verbal presentations.
- Monitor marketing expenses monthly, quarterly, and yearly within the approved budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners for marketing-related activities.
- Overseeing marketing operations, and helping to plan promotional events hosted by the marketing department.
- Supervises administrative and junior executives. Participates in hiring, evaluating, training, and disciplining of staff as necessary.
- Other requests and related duties assigned by the marketing manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred but not a must.
- Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in managing marketing and communication activities, including one year of supervisory experience. Experience in real estate will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated skill in supervising subordinate staff; defining problems, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
- Good command of English, communicating effectively through oral and written mediums.
- Attention to detail, good organisation, and planning skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A good team player, resourceful, and self-motivated.
- Problem-solving skills with analytical ability, and the ability to work under pressure with ad-hoc requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills are mandatory (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
