Business Development Manager (1 Position)
- Business Development
- Develop a growth strategy focused on providing various business support programs while maintaining financial gain and tenants’ satisfaction;
- Review and evaluate lease applications to ensure that tenants are the target group of BDC;
- Maintain good communication and relations with tenants.
- Public Relations
- Be a representative of BDC to attend relevant local and international events and spokesperson to communicate with media and journalists;
- Maintain a long-term relationship with tenants as well as all relevant stakeholders in the business ecosystem;
- Initiate and facilitate events and training to foster entrepreneurship, business support, innovation, and Startups/SMEs ecosystem.
- Marketing
- Review and monitor the marketing strategy and activities of the property management company to fill the vacant spaces;
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to promote BDC as a landmark for startups, SMEs, entrepreneurship, and innovation;
- Undertake other relevant tasks assigned by the Executive Directors.
- Cambodian national;
- Master Degree in management, marketing, business administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role;
- Proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products;
- Strong market knowledge of property especially office buildings;
- Understanding of entrepreneurship promotion, business support, and business ecosystem in Cambodia;
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good customer service skills;
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Chinese is a plus.
Assistant Manager (1 Position)
- Admin & Finance
- Schedule and coordinate meetings;
- Conduct employee performance review;
- Liaise between managers, employees, and tenants;
- Develop strategies for a better and inclusive working environment and improve work productivity;
- Support ongoing learning and development of team members;
- Assist in preparing reports to the Board of Directors in a timely and efficient manner;
- Building Management
- Assist Property Manager (PM) in overseeing and enforcing the responsibilities and performance of the property management team;
- Assist PM in monitoring services, including front desk, security, and cleaning to ensure an excellent indoor and outdoor environment;
- Assist PM in initiating, developing, adapting, and improving standards, such as Covid-19 Safety Standard, Energy Efficiency Standard, Fire Safety Standard, Solid Waste Minimization Strategies, Water Saving Strategies, and others, to upgrade the building continuously.

Technician (1 Position)
This position is for Night Shift
- To receive maintenance orders for all of the tenants.
- Ensure troubleshooting, operating, repairing, and maintenance of all MEP equipment such as electric MCCB, MSD control panel, piping system, mechanical, and primary elevator ( lift ) operation.
- Ensure electrical system maintenance & installation.
- Understanding ELV, like CCTV, Smoke alarm control, fighting system, and internet system in the building.
- Daily check all-electric operation and ensure the material in the building is all system running as well as like, booster pump, electric water transfer pump, HVAC system, electric meter, and water meter.
- Understand generator and ATS control panel operation.
- Inspect all repairs and appliances work on a daily basis and fix all issues.
- Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Assist support on safety, security, and hygiene in the building
- Carry out repairs on minor technical work (lighting, painting, furniture, landscape…)
- Coordinate with contractors or third-party’s work.
- Assist the maintenance officer in technical work.
- Undertake other relevant tasks assigned by the management
- Preparing weekly work plan, and monthly report to supervisor level
- Certificate from technical school in electricity, mechanics or equivalent in related field;
- 1 to 3 years working experience in relevant field is preferred;
- General maintenance skills;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is a plus;
- Good team work and communication skills;
- Good knowledge in basic of computer (Microsoft Office);
- Good at communication skill.
Customer Service (1 Position)
- Meet and greet clients, visitors and introduce the BDC information
- Have a good communication with guests/clients.
- Answer calls, pass messages to related staff, handle correspondence
- Maintains tenants register for office rental and other service provided
- Handles tenants’ needs, inquiries and requests
- Updated tenants’ information
- Assist finance and administration works
- Prepare letters and documents
- Received and Make payment to tenant and suppliers and report to finance officer
- Frequently check and control on office supplies, stationaries…
- Check meeting room availability, Organize meeting room or event bookings and schedule
- Other task assign by manager
- University student and/or fresh graduated
- Pleasing personality well groomed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Be confident, assertive, independent, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Understand English communication both written and spoken
- Good computer in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet & email.
