Accountant
Direct Report: Chairman/Chairman’s appointed representative and Center Manager
- Provide financial information and reports to management
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Establish and write internal control and workflow procedures for the various finance functions.
- Handle monthly and annual tax submission
- Reconcile the revenues account
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Comply with all related ministries including legal requirements; interpret news and existing legislation.
- Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports.
- Create and update standard operating procedure manual for accounting policy, regulations and roll out reconciliation procedures.
- Oversee tax compliance, business registration and contract review
- Guide junior accountants and other staff on the subject of accounting
- Coordinate accounting functions and programs
- Prepare financial analyses and reports.
- Prepare revenue projections and forecast expenditure
- Assist with preparing and monitor budgets.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Close monthly report
- Bank reconciliation monthly
- Close year-end report
- Complete TOI year-end
- Internal & external year-end report
- Work experience as an accountant at least two years. Those with more experience & knowledge can be considered for senior position
- Good knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software

Nurse
Direct Report: Nurse Manager
- Demonstrate with the concepts of; Nursing quality assurance, Infection control, Nursing policies and procedures, Patient confidentiality and privacy
- Promote effective lines communication with other departments within SGMC
- Undertake all nursing procedures in accordance with SGMC protocols
- Liaise with medical staff and others on the management of patient care
- Share new ideas and information with the rest of staff or nurse
- Demonstrate caring attitude towards customers
- Administer medication safely
- Screen customers for appropriate information and instruct them in collection of samples and tests
- Perform general nursing care to customers; prepare customers and assist with customer examinations and therapies
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards; monitor and report symptoms and changes in customer status
- Maintain and review customers’ records, charts, and other pertinent information
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
- Provide educational material to patients.
- Adhere to infection-control protocols
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations
- Perform other tasks within the scope of the position
- Educate and instruct customers on home care needs.
- Demonstrate basis skill in the case of; Nurse Note, Record chart and Incident report
- Dispense of medical supply, medical equipment carefully
- Check medicine, equipment every day in the morning.
- Screen customer; Check vital sign, monitor temperature, pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure, O2 saturation and Pain scale
- Adhere to infection-control protocols.

- Bachelor's degree/Associate’s degree in nursing
- Local registered nurse
- Current practicing nurse / nursing experience is an advantage
- Able to assist Surgeon in OR / OR nurse experience will be an advantage
- Able to handle fundamental computer programs and attend to emails
- Good command of English
- Able to converse in simple Mandarin will be an advantage
- Able to retain confidential information
- Good customer service skills and bedside manner
