• Agile strives for this vision by actively assisting in the development of disability social ventures that are based on best practice models.
• Agile aims to innovate through the use of technology to create independence and economic opportunity for people with disabilities
• Agile promotes best practice creation of micro, small and medium disability social ventures and provides ongoing training and education
• Agile advocates for appropriate support and employment opportunities for people with disabilities facing barriers to entrepreneurship and employment, in particular lobbying for more effective access to financial capital
• Agile evaluates the impact of disability social ventures and provides feedback and support to disability social ventures based on evidence and ongoing research and development.

Agile Development Group (Agile) is an impact enterprise that uses human-centered design to create independence and economic opportunities for people with disabilities in Cambodia. Agile is committed to improving the quality of life as well as the social and economic integration of Cambodians living with a disability.
