STAR Kampuchea

STAR Kampuchea (SK) is a Cambodian non-governmental organization established in 1997, dedicated to promoting sustainable livelihoods, respect for human rights, democratic governance, environmental protection, sustainable natural resource management, climate change resilience, and digital literacy. Currently, SK is operating in seven city and provinces—Phnom Penh, Svay Rieng, Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, and Siem Reap—through the implementation of three main programs: Good Governance and Human Rights (GGHR), Natural Resources and Climate Change (NRCC), and Volunteer Action for Cambodia (VAC).
