Worship Leader

Be a leader and a teacher for the worship team members and lead people into Worship. Train, organize, and lead the band and worship members. Be an active member in the Team, bring creative ideas, and make JESUS famous through praise and worship, songwriting and recording.

- Training ourselves in our own Instrument is a main task during the week, so that we can get better and are able to teach new team members in learning an Instrument.
- Maintenance of our Instruments and Equipment
- Create new Worship-Songs and record them
- Translate modern Worship Songs from English to Khmer
- The normal Weekends are loaded with Celebrations where we lead Worship, Discovering class, Saturday for youth, Sunday for Kids, Adult-Celebration, Online...
- You are creative and passionate for Jesus (write your own songs, bring new ideas….)
- You already lead Worship in a Church and are confident to lead a worship team
- You have Leadership Skills and are open to improve
- Speak English (for communication and translation reasons English is mandatory)
- Know how to use a Computer to Organize, Schedule, etc.
- Have basic or advanced knowledge of recording (we use Logic Pro X 10)
- Flexibility is important as a team member
- Be open for feedback to help the team/person get better and stronger
- You are a role model in a way how you live a life as a Christian
- You love to work in a team and have a joyful heart (“The Joy of the Lord is our strength”)
English Teacher

- Planning and implementing English classes and inputs according to scope and goals of the program
- Prepare and teach interactively English classes for various education programs: Daycare 1-6 years, Afterschool program: Grade 1-6 and Scholarship Program Grade 7 - 12
- Make the lesson plan and promote the teaching with games and playful activities
- Create an environment where students can be confident in using their English language
- Professional relationship building with children and teenagers
- Integrate the gospel in your daily teaching
- At least holding a Bachelor Degree or other certificate in the area English
- Can use computer, internet including e-mail, Microsoft office (word - excel - PowerPoint)
- Ability to think creatively, plan proactively and implement independently
- Being flexible for changes in the structure, programs, and tasks
- Knowledge of how to playfully introduce the English language to toddlers.
- High social skills in natural interaction with different age groups, relationship building, and empathy.
Daycare Staff

- Building a professional, yet trustful, relationship with children and their Caregivers.
- Planning and implementation of suitable leisure activities for children at the Daycare.
- Plan and organize Events for the whole family in the Daycare Program.
- Performing other duties as required by the leaders of the Education Team.
- Take care for kids with age 1 year old until below 6 years old, and children from Grade 1 -7 with the Team.
- Prepare age appropriate lessons for the development of the child.
- Participate weekly Education Team Meeting and Daycare Meeting
- Lead Children through the daily program.
- Teach children appropriate social behaviors, such as being respectful to each other and helping out with chores.
- Tidy up play areas and children’s rooms.
- Ensure children’s safety during indoors and outdoors activities.
- Take care of children in case of injury or illness.
- Work with parents to ensure children’s growth and social development.
- Freshly grade 12 graduated with no experience but also experienced as a Daycare staff is essential.
- Can use English language such as listening and speaking.
- Being able to lead conversations and activities with individuals as well as a small group of children and teenagers.
