IT Technician (2 years minimum) (2 Positions)

Position Summary

We are hiring 2 IT Technicians!

RDG Solutions Co., LTD. has been established in Phnom Penh in 2010, specializing in providing IT solutions and services for customers to improve the business.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required.
  • Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
  • Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
  • Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
  • Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
  • Maintaining servers and ensuring system security.
  • Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 1 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network
  • Strong Problem -solving and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Be able to work on the client side at Phnom Penh
 
 

Outside Sales Representative (2 Positions)

Position Summary

If you are looking for a job that will constantly have you doing something new, an outside sales representative just may be the job for you.

An outside sales representative conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. Their excellent social skills allow them to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of their success.

Candidates work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned territory. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Get the sale” using various sales methods (door‐to‐door, cold calling, presentations etc.);
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness at individual/ team level;
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships;
  • Meet personal and team sales targets;
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads;
  • Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep up to date of the latest developments;
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data;
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory;
  • Carry out related work as assigned by supervisor;
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Proven sales experience/ Be positive being a salesperson;
  • Track record of over‐achieving quota;
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline -management;
  • Competent in using computers;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Self‐motivated and self‐driven;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent;
