Announcement Positions

Technician (5 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Core Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • To behave in accordance with the work rules and instruction of the company.
  • Operate in accordance with the scope of Operation Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Repair Maintenance and Building Services in accordance with Company’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and / or Employee Policy.
  • To work in accordance with the scope of work and maintain all related engineering documentation to meet the goals and / or policies of the client, such as equipment inspection forms, machinery maintenance forms, etc.
  • Control and monitor the engineering support tools provided by the company and / or the employer in full and in good condition with the normal usage such as equipment, tools, software, computer systems, etc.
  • Attend Morning Brief and Evening Brief to report on daily performance.
  • Prepare report of unusual events and / or problems encountered to supervisor and client on a regular basic.
  • Collect data to prepare a Weekly Management report to report the results of engineering management to supervisor on a weekly basic.
  • Collect data to make Monthly Performance Report to summarize the management system engineering report to supervisor and employers on a monthly basis.
  • Collect data to make Quarterly Performance Report to summarize the management system engineering report to supervisor are patches every 3 months (4 quarters).
  • Collect data to make monthly management report to summarize the management system engineering report to supervisor on a monthly basis.
  • Attend a meeting with the client and client’s representative to report the results of engineering management monthly.
  • Participate in important missions and activities such as Fire Drill, Inspection / Rounding, etc.
  • Attend training and seminars to develop the capacity of personnel and increase the efficiency of work according to company policy and employer.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor (if any).
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Qualifications Required/ Mandatory:
  • 1 to 2 year experience of maintenance tasks with repairing in Electrical (LV and ELV) or Aircon or Generator or Plumbing system.
  • Understandable in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Good communication both of face to face and on the phone within team work and clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
  • Committed to work in technical field with earger to learn the new technical skills.

Area Manager (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Core Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Site Visit Activities:
  • Check employee presentation & professionalism
  • Check cleanliness and tidy
  • check the daily check list for each site
  • Meet client
  • Do site inspection & report to OM
  • Do site spot check
  • Cost control:
  • Check on site of chemical amenities usage
  • Chemical cost control
  • Fellow company budget
  • Check the purchase order from site
  • Staff management
  • Monthly meeting with staff
  • Listen to team feed-back information
  • Support staff in supply and training
  • Implement incentive and waring policy
  • Solving staff issue
  • Customer relation
  • Build customer relation
  • Monthly meeting with clients
  • Solving problem and take action
  • Other
  • attend weekly meeting with operation team
  • update weekly report of customer complaint to operation manager
  • Take corrective action from QA report
  • Initiative site improvement
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Qualifications Required/ Mandatory:
  • Certificates of Management
  • Ability to read and write English
  • knowledge of computer (Microsoft word, Excel, power point, outlook)
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills; the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Professionalism, excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Ability to regularly meet and exceed targets and goals
  • Strategic planning skills and tactical execution ability
  • experience managing/supervising hourly workers on multiple shifts or at multiple sites
  • Self-motivation combined with a passion for engaging and the drive to get out in the field daily
  • management experience with demonstrated success managing employees in multiple locations; service industry experience.
 
 

Site Supervisor (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Core Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Manage site in Cambrew factory by controlling daily cleaning, gardening activities
  • The position will corporately be working with team leaders and coordination with all departments in Cambrew factory who are involved at site
  • Problem solving if accured at site
  • Facilitate and coordinate with clients to implement the activities plan and schedule developed
  • Able to work in the sector of environmental and sanitation (Cleaning)
  • Manage all cleaning activities on site
  • Able to work with pressure environment
  • Able to control more than 30 staff on site
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Qualifications Required/ Mandatory:
  • At least Bachelor degree in Business management
  • 1 -2 years experiences on environmental and sanitation and managerial role
  • Good communication in English, writing, reading and speak
  • Able to use computer in (word & excel, internet & email)
