General Description:
The primary function of the work-stream and of the role of Warehouse Supervisor is to lead, monitor and develop warehouse service and ensure high level of service to our customers. The candidate is responsible to maintain inventory accuracy, compliance to SOP, and overall disciplines in warehouse operation.

The incumbent would report under Warehouse Supervisor. The primary function of the work-stream and of the role of Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for handling of warehouse operation under the monitoring and instruction of the supervisor/ manager and ensure a high level of service to our customers.

The Incumbent would report under Ocean Freight Department. The primary function of the work-stream and of the role of Document Processing is to ensure the accuracy of Ocean related documents with the issuance or submission as per required timeline.

The incumbent would report under Country Head of Sales. The primary function of the work-stream and of the role of Sales Support is responsible for supporting salesman to maintain customer service contacts with existing customers in order to create a continuous improvement regarding efficiencies, profitability, and quality and customer satisfaction of Schenker Cambodia.
General Description:
The incumbent would report under Country Head Of Sales. The primary function of the work-stream and of the role of Field Sales Executive is to develop new business within allocated traffic lanes from private and government firms. Support other Sales, Customer service and Account Managers as a subject matter expert in freight forwarding. Implement Schenker’s strategies and activities to support existing and new products and services, to reduce costs and to increase profitability for the company.
