Duties
Responsible for the smooth running of Bühler Cambodia Office includes;
Office Management
Oversee corporate affairs and general office management, including daily operation, business travel, facilities management, procurement and supervision of Administrative & IT personnel.
Responsible for office facility, cleanliness, equipment, furniture and maintenance, including necessary repairs for smooth running of daily operation and a pleasant working environment.
Review and manage the quality and cost effectiveness for office operations and procurement of office equipment, supply and services.
Financial and Accounting Management
Account preparation for external accounting company, liaise between accounting firm and finance Manager.
Stock monitoring and Inventory record.
Petty Cash Management, cash, credit card and Bank transfer.
Issue payment, cash vouchers and arrange TT payment.
Review all payment vouchers and send to Accounting firm for booking.
Review accounting report, monthly tax declaration from Accounting Firm.
Assist Accounting firm for booking and prepare montly tax declaration.
Support documents for auditor.
Make sure all weekly and monthly internal reports are done smoothly and meet the deadline.
Follow up payment from customers.
Human Resources
Take care of staff payroll, insurance and social security fund.
Manage employee benefits and handle related enquiries.
Support employees and managers on the annual performance review process.Ensure operational excellence in recruitment activities.
Maintain employees leave balance.
Timely and regular update of training records on the system.
Work closely with HR in Thailand and Regional HR team in Singapore to ensure Local, International Assignment (IA) and Foreign local hire management is in line with policy and guidelines.
Logistics, Import and Export
Manage import logistic and local transportation together with freight forwarders.
Prepare customer orders, purchase order, invoices and follow-ups for re-selling business and liaise with our suppliers in Europe and all the inter-companies.
Ensure that all daily/upcoming shipments and procurement transactions are done smoothly and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Degree preferably in business administration
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in managing office administration
Good understanding in local accounting standards
Knowledge of local labor low is an advantageExperience working in multinational company is a plus
