Oxfam in Cambodia supports a portfolio of projects (National and Regional) under it’s IGE Program. Some of these projects are as follows. The I-SME project is part of the IGE Program.

Oxfam in Cambodia is looking for a dynamic person who has concrete knowledge background. experience and ambition to lead the Imapct SME program in Cambodia
The Project Manager for Business Development Services of I-SME is responsible for implementation of Oxfam’s Impact Small- and Medium-sized Enterprise (I-SME) Development project in Cambodia. This project is funded by Dutch businesses donating to Oxfam Novib (Netherlands). The project’s start date is March 2021 and the end date March 2024. It is implemented with partner organizations Platform/CIC Cambodia. The core of the project is to provide Business Development Services (BDS) to small businesses in Cambodia, with the aim to help them grow, access finance and increase their (social) impact. The project targets impact-driven SMEs, that aim to provide social or environmental impact (e.g. jobs, income or products for low income groups, with a focus on women and youth) through their core business.
The role of the Project Manager for Business Development Services has two components.
