Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is a Cambodia’s governmental organization under the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Foundation (JF) are providing financial and technical cooperation to further develop the center's operation based on the agreement between governments of Cambodia and Japan. CJCC was established in 2004 with the purpose of training and enhancing Human Resource Development to ensure highly competent and qualified human resources, and to continue strengthening and expanding mutual understanding and cooperation between Cambodia and Japan through the three main activities of Business Training, Japanese Language Training, and Culture and Exchange Program. CJCC is now seeking for qualified candidates to fill various positions as in the following.

Announcement Positions

Business Management Deputy Manager

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor annual strategies plan and budgetary plan of Business Management unit
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
  • Develop new business and marketing plans in coordination with CJCC directions to achieve revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vocational training institutions, alumni, and other associations related to SMEs development
  • Create training courses based on the market needs
  • Identify and assess the training needs and support of Start-ups and SMEs through consultation with managers
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
  • Manage the implementation of intensive training courses and entrepreneurship programs
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management
  • Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management
Requirements:
  • Master degree in Education or Business Administration or any amount of experience, knowledge, and skills that will enable you to perform the tasks proficiently
  • At least three to five-year working experiences in business skills training, business incubation hubs, business development services, business networking, sales/marketing, external relations/public information, event planning, and/or other related areas
  • Good command in using English and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high sense of responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, creativity and problem-solving
  • Ability to work well within teams and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Multitasking skills under pressure
 

HR Staff

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in staff recruitment process (announcement, shortlist, interview schedule)
  • Compile and update staff records
  • Control and update staff welfare
  • Control and process work permit and visa for foreign staff
  • Prepare proposal for internal staff capacity development
  • Communicate with public/private organizations when necessary
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Implement tasks required by Deputy Manager of HRM
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
  • At least two-year working experiences in the field is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of labor laws
  • Good command in using English and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and problem solving

Education and Culture Exchange Staff

Requirements:

Receptionist

Requirements:
  • Associate degree or Bachelor degree in related fields
  • At least one or two-year working experiences in the field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Japanese language is a plus
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office
  • Good at communication, creativity, teamwork, and problem solving
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Being able to work in flexible time
