Position Summary

Production & Distribution Coordinator to ensure that our Shelter product is manufactured in a cost-effective and timely manner that matches with specifications and quality requirements. This position also work closely with suppliers, including logistics/ shipping – to ensure all the processes are well managed at all stages (production, stock / warehousing, delivery). The products shall be well organized, sufficiently stocked and a smooth process for delivering the products/ stocks from warehouse to distribution hubs and/ or to sites at customers’ houses directly.

This position will (frequent travels to provinces)

Term: 1 year fixed contract, renewable

Hours: Full-time (40 hrs per week)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manufacturing
  • Work closely with local suppliers in manufacturing Shelter products and possibly doing production in-house in the future – that meets the specs, quality, budget and timeline.
  • Production planning to ensure optimal stock level is maintained accordingly based on past sales performance and forecast.
  • Work as a team with an incoming Engineering Volunteer (expected Jan 2020) to work on shelter product development/ optimization and potentially standardation on the underground/ foundation work.
  • Warehousing
  • Stock management & control – manage stocks at warehouse, stock-in and stock-out..etc.
  • Coordinate with Sales Team, esp. Sale Supervisors to control stock kept at distribution hubs (e.g. at installer or village chef’s houses).
  • Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
  • Ensure stocks are well organized, easier to store and move, and count...etc.
  • Distribution
  • Develop distribution solutions (to cut down costs and improve speed of deliveries).
  • Maintain logistics supplier list to ensure delivery jobs can be done on time and at a lower cost
  • Others
  • Establish and maintain good relations with local suppliers (to create a long-lasting, sustainable flow of investments benefiting all relevant parties).
  • Frequently travel to the provinces to ensure all goods safely stored in good condition and easily accessible at warehouses.
  • Others job as assigned.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Economics, Rural Development or related fields.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in leading operations, distribution, and production.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Khmer.
  • Experienced in negotiate pricing contract with suppliers.
  • Experience in dealing with imported products and managing supply chains.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skills
 

Sale Representative (4 Positions)

Position Summary

Job Summary

The Sales Representative are responsible for selling Paradise Shelter to the customer through a specific area. Sale Rep will require to travel to either find new customers, create and maintain existing stakeholders with supplies.

This Position will work at:

  • Tboung Khmum (01 Ponhea Krek)
  • Pursat (01 at Krovanh)
  • Takeo (02 Tramkok)

Term: 12 months contract

Hours: 48 hrs per week

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Make Sales Volume by monthly, yearly
  • Create and Maintain Suppliers
  • Solved the problem with customer
  • Build Relationship with sale agent and others stake holders
  • Generate daily sales and report supervisory
  • Do other tasks had assigned by supervisory
Requirements:
  • Graduated high school or university degree
  • Experienced in sale field is a plus
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, self-motivated and full of responsibility.
  • Have patience and tact.
 

Marketing Executive

Position Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting our WASH products in order to raise brand awareness, create consumer promotion, conduct consumer and market research, implement the promotional campaign and merchandising. The key task is to generate creative business ideas and creative materials to promote all product lines. Effectively incorporate key marketing messages into artworks.

This Position (Frequently travel to province)

Term: 12 months contract

Hours: Full-time (40hrs per week)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing plans for WASH products, mainly Paradise Shelter to support direct sales team on the ground.
  • Implement marketing activities and campaign
  • Have concept design on POSM
  • Conduct market researches to generate the marketing trendsTranslate marketing messages into marketing artworks
  • Manage our Facebook page and keep it active with engaging contents on a regular basis.
  • Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, design, or relevant fields.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing or other relevant fields.
  • Excellent in both English and Khmer.
  • Be able to travel to province occasionally.
  • Experience in public speaking is a plus.
