THE SCOPE OF WORK:
Regular monitor, inspect and prepare reporting of PV plant, Switchyard and substation. Participate Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities. Maximize stewardship, EHS, quality, energy production and performance of the PV plant. Co-ordinate with OEM vendors for equipment maintenance and service providers for 3rd party services.
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction while striving to lower the costs of site service.
- Ensure preventive maintenance complying with the maintenance plans established by the company and communicate detected incidents and corrective maintenance in response to work orders.
- Responsible for all required repairs, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required, monitoring all warranty claims, and insurance management.
- Plan and organize the O&M tasks defined by the agreed O&M contracts.
- Ability to work autonomously, organizing, collaborating and adapting to integrate a growing company.
- Perform risk study and mitigation plan
- Conduct other duties as required
- Plant Maintenance
- Implement preventive/predictive maintenance plan to ensure long term profitability, plant reliability and risk minimization
- Diagnose and troubleshoot various site issues on equipment including inverters, switchgear, transformers, breakers, communications equipment, etc. to meet uptime goals.
- Identify potential problems and suggest changes or corrective actions.
- Work with other members of the maintenance team, OEM, sub-contractors and other groups to continuously improve plant performance, drive production and maintenance cost improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting
- Track key metrics of operating assets to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Create, review and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.
- Ensure data quality of operation reports and perform operational analysis
- Work with OEMs to determine warranty status of installed equipment
- EHS
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and company policies.
- The employee is required to carry out his/her responsibilities according to the quality, health and safety requirements established in the company's Prevention Plan, maintaining his/her workplace as an adequate environment, taking into strict considerations of risks contemplated in the analysis of each job.
- In the same way, the employee is required to carry out his/her functions and responsibilities following the Manual of Good Environmental Practices.
Requirements
- University degree or institutional degree in electrical engineering or related engineering.
- At least 5 years’ experience in operation maintenance 115kV substation, electrical power engineering construction or photovoltaic power plant project management is preferable.
- Excellent organizational coordination, communication skills, problem solving ability and execution ability.
- Strong learning and independent analysis skills, work responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and can work under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Have Cambodia driver license is preferable.

Requirements

- At least 1 years’ experience in operation maintenance 115kV substation, electrical power engineering construction or photovoltaic power plant project management is preferable (Fresh graduated students are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent organizational coordination, communication skills, problem solving ability and execution ability.
- Strong learning and independent analysis skills, work responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and can work under pressure.
- Knowing English or Chinese is a plus.
