TSNR Distribution Co., Ltd. is a leading distribution service provider in Cambodia with nationwide coverage to 20 main provinces. We are focus on FMCG distribution and the sole distributor for SCJohnson, LION, NCP and others products in Cambodia, e.g. market leader brands like Raid, Glades, Shokubutsu, Kodomo, Ovaltine, Fitne, Net, Seagull etc. In order to meet the growing demand and business expansion, we are looking for suitable and qualified candidates to fulfil the following position.

National Sales Manager

Duties
  • Formulate trade strategies and yearly business plan.

  • Key Responsibilities / Challenges of the position
  • Oversee all key channel sales under assigned territory.
  • On-job training and supervise the functional expertise subordinates.
  • Pricing management all key in charge sales channels and trade promotion implementation in line with trade and brand guideline.
  • Work on sales and distribution cost, and recommending for the best practice to create more margins for all product SKUs sales.
  • Ensuring to deliver result as per setting target and in line with trade and brand marketing.
  • Prepare on step ahead of work plan for sales distribution team to perform better benchmarking with competitors.
  • Lead team to implement and execute sales strategy in the Market.

Marketing Executive (Trade)

Duties

  • Analyze the business model, profitability and needs of trade in order to support management with market knowledge, through monitoring trade development and trade channels.
