Beta Plan Consultancy Co., Ltd is a new company established on April 2020.Also we focus on web-based social enterprise that connects people in need of HIV services (including testing, prevention and treatment and care) with high quality infectious disease specialists in Cambodia, and other countries in South East Asia. We were founded by global health leaders, with expertise in the UN, non-profit and private sectors.

The two principles underpinning our work

That people with HIV in Asia should be treated to the same high quality treatment guidelines as people in the US and Europe,
That HIV testing, prevention and treatment services should be tailored to meet the everyday needs of people, respecting their confidentiality, and enabling them to get on with their lives.

Personal Medical Navigator

Duties

This position is responsible for providing assistance related to administration tasks such as online customer service, logistic, answering enquiries as well as maintaining appointment and client files system.

In addition, the position holder will be trained to provide clinical online service directly to clients.

The position holder is also responsible for other relevant duties as directed by Manager.
