AJINOMOTO (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. is the newest company in Ajinomoto Group established in September 1, 2009 according to the law of Kingdom of Cambodia. We currently employed more than 200 staffs in various positions and responsibilities.

As expanding our business, now we’re seeking for new challenge and qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Announcement Positions

Finance Supervisor (1 Position)

  • Category: Accounting, Banking / Finance, Exec. / Management

  • Schedule: Full-time

Working Time : (7:30AM-16:30PM)

Duties
  • Check all Account Ledger to ensure all financial reporting are correct and deadlines are meet.
  • Check cash expenditure and daily revenue report to ensure revenue & cash received or paid are correct.
  • Check purchase request and invoice of vendor before making payment.
  • Check A/R to ensure outstanding balance must be to be collected on time.
  • Daily check bank and cash flows to maintain all balance forward.
  • Check on payment to supplier to ensure the payment is correctly paid out.
  • Prepare journal entry for monthly transaction.
  • Prepare fixed asset depreciation calculation.
  • Prepare other report for manage purpose.
  • Report daily sale revenues to management.
  • Monthly check cash and bank balance from reconciled balance.
  • Prepare daily collected cash from sales with cash collector and deposit in to the bank.
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
  • Tax declaration to Tax.
  • Control account payable.
  • Solving issues that related with accounting department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from management of the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 4years experience in Finance Supervisor
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Candidate will be able to be manager after six month employment.
 

Finance Staff (1 Position)

  • Category: Banking / Finance, Accounting
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time

Working Time : (7:30AM-16:30PM)

Location : Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone

Duties
  • Prepare payment weekly and monthly follow the schedule.
  • Account payable balance report to manager.
  • Petty cash report.
  • Bank reconciliation report.
  • Pay bill, Journal entry
  • Update bank balance report to manager
  • Deal with bank
  • Filling
  • Other jobs assigned by Manager.
Requirements
  • Male or Female, age 23-35
  • Bachelors of finance and accounting
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experiences in finance, preferably in manufacture industry.
  • Must be read, write and speak in English.
  • Well understanding about financial transaction analyst.
  • Basic knowledge of financial statement and tax regulation of Cambodia.

Marketing Supervisor (1 Position)

  • Category: Exec. / Management, Sales / Marketing, Economics, Business Administration

Working Time : (7:30-16:30)

Duties
  • Deal with modern trade channel such as super market and department store for day to day sales activity.
  • Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
  • Creating marketing campaigns and working with marketing agency to see them executed.
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
  • Developing and implementing an internal marketing programed.
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
  • Execute market research, survey and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree of Marketing, business, Management or economic

Maintenance Staff (1 Position)

  • Category: Maintenance, Engineer - Electrical
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time

Duties
  • Maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules
  • Disassembles, assembles, observes, repairs, tests, collects data and
  • prepares reports on equipment, as tasks related to maintenance
  • Installs, removes, inspects and repairs mechanical spare parts like bearings, seals on typical mechanical equipment
  • Performs major overhaul of equipment with or without external contractors and vendors
  • Hands on experience in design and drafting
  • Document updates of machine list & label specifications
  • Work closely with concerning departments
Requirements
  • Male, Age not less than 23 years old.
  • Diploma certification in Mechanical or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Hands on experience in packing machine and/or compressor maintenance
  • 1-3 years related work experience of mechanical
  • Good Spoken and written in English
  • Microsoft word excel PowerPoint and Auto CAD
