We also provide other essential services such as used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.

SFS Project Development Executive (Shop, Food, Services) (1 Position)

Reporting Line: SFS Manager

Duties
  • Implement the Company’s SFS (Shop, Food, Services at Total station) business strategy
  • Coordinate and communicate all aspects of service stations with team and dealer in terms of operations, HSE, security
  • Keep market survey and update all SFS activities within competitor and trend for new-comer
  • Support and Corporate with SFS Manager on SFS projects:
  • Creating project scope and timelines
  • Creating development plan
  • Project implementation and progress update (site visit, progress follow up)
  • Stations Visits:
  • Observe and report all partner activities at stations
  • Perform internal HACCP Audit
  • Guide and train partner on HACCP implement process
  • Evaluate current/new performance for all SFS Project Partner
  • Supervise and evaluate the quality customer services for all SFS Project Partner
Requirements
  • Educational background: Bachelor, Master or equivalent in business marketing, management or economic.
  • Experience: at least 3-year experience in sales, at retail business activities and be able to work under pressure meanwhile works requires environment
  • Knowledge/Skill: Ability to work independently]and responsive to business being handled, Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email.
  • Language: Good proficiency in Khmer, English.
