Main purpose of Role
Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the overall sales and operations processes within the company. He is required to meet with agreed targets and promote the organization’s presence throughout Cambodia. He also needs to ensure a high level of quality service for the works we carry out in the region.
A key part of the Human Resource Manager’s responsibility is to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
Job brief
We are looking for a qualified Sales Executive Chinese or Cambodian national (both male or female) fluent in Mandarin to join our sales team and help us developing the business opportunities with Chinese clients.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of B2B sales process.
