Consultant for Strategic Plan Development

FAEC is an umbrella & membership association and national farmer organization in Cambodia for benefits of member farmers’ organizations that have voluntarily registered as the members of. FAEC was registered officially with the Ministry of Interior (MOI) that aligned to the Law of Association and Non-Governmental Organization (LANGO). The vision of FAEC is desires to see the smallholder farmers in Cambodia, including women and young farmers, have a prosperous life and economy and live in harmony with the natural environment. To be reached this desired vision, FAEC created the missions which stated to support and encourage its members to work well as group with their equal rights and good governance for improvement and promotion of their smallholder members’ food security, safety, prosperity and for living with good environment.

FAEC intends to design a participatory strategic plan for its next 5-year, 2021-2024 that it will be reflected the common understanding, ideas and ownership of FAEC’s elected farmers, staff, precious members and relevant stakeholders in this important strategic plan. This is a learning process, in which all precious members, elected farmers and salaried staff (and some stakeholders’ opinions should be extracted as righteous inputs and virtuous resources will be engaged and asked for their valuable contributions to this important strategic plan of FAEC and through this indicated process, FAEC demands insistently and unconditionally to be produced by the service provider (the selected Consultant) the specific results for FAEC’s objectives as such mentioned below.
