HSC Decor Center launched in 2010 and had the good name and famous for providing the building material and sanitary which are the best quality such as KANSAI Paint, INAX Sanitary Ware, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioner and Lassele, H Skim Coat as well as good service from the friendly and active employee and sale group.

Now, we are seeking for the position as below:

Marketing Manager (1 Position)

Duties
  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Developing sales channel and sales activation activities
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Developing and monitoring sales standard operation procedure
  • Monitoring sales document and showroom’s item inventory
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Reporting on showroom needing improvements
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Conflict resolution
  • Other tasks assign by line manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management Marketing / sales or related filed
  • At least 3 years’ experience with this position
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills are required
  • Must have demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and marketing workers
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well
  • Good written and spoken English or Chinese Plus
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft office
  • Ability to perform the multi-task and meet deadlines.
 

Assistant Human Resource Manager (1 Position)

Duties
  • Recruit, interview, screen for vacant positions and training
  • Develop/Update HR policies and procedures
  • Update internal rules and regulations of the company
  • Process and conduct report about the staff evaluation in probation and observation period
  • Update Staff List to ensure the information are updated into the master list
  • Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and staff information filing
  • Prepare the movement In-out of all employees both foreigner and local to Ministry of labor law.
  • Make work permit for foreigners
  • Compiling and updating employee records (both hard and soft copies)
  • Control and monitor on monthly staff attendance
  • Control and monitor on finger print reports
  • Deal with staff movement
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Prepare monthly NSSF
  • Manage personnel files of all staff
  • Coordinate Administration tasks
  • Other tasks assigned by Management
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2-year experience in HR field.
  • Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels
  • Knowledge of Cambodian labor law
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Good in both verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Positive and flexible attitude
 

Tax Accountant (1 Position)

Duties
  • Coordinate with accountant to get information for tax declaration purpose.
  • Check, review, and maintain any document of invoice, receipt, bill, and other vouchers for monthly tax filling.
  • Prepare and fill in support worksheet for monthly tax report.
  • Prepare and fill in monthly tax worksheet and coordinate with accounting manager and department head before submission to tax office.
  • Assist in preparing any document and help in filling in annually tax worksheet with accounting manager and department head before submission to tax office.
  • Monthly and annually tax report submission to tax office and communicate with tax officer as requirement from head department.
  • Coordinate, Assist, Deal with tax auditor
  • Other task assigned by accounting manager or department head.
Requirements
  • Cambodian national (age: from 22 to 30 years old)
  • Bachelor degree in field of accounting/Finance/ Audit or relevant
  • Has joined in Tax course Training
  • Good English communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Experiences with tax declaration
  • High Responsibility, confident, and problem solving
  • Patient, honest, and hard working.
