Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) is the leading provider of financial information, analytical solutions and credit reporting service in the Kingdom of Cambodia. CBC was established in 2012 with 51 members and now have more than 150 members inclusive of banks, microfinances, leasing companies and rural credit operators. Role’s Overview:

Business Analyst specializes in product and business development. He/she is responsible for generating product idea in response to customer needs and requirements and propose for development. Persons involved in business analyst must have skills in product development.

Reporting to the Head of Business Solution, you are expected to undertake the following activities and tasks.

Duties
  • Product Development
  • Generate product idea by meeting up with customers to listen to their challenging and business concern;
  • Internally meet with sale team to listen to their feedback on the solutions;
  • Reviewing and prioritizing product concept and propose for establishment;
  • Develop product specification and business case for approval; and
  • Work closely with Data Analysis Service team in develop solution.
  • Product Testing and Roll out
  • Coordinate in product pilot testing to make sure it fit with customer requirements;
  • Closely work with Data Analytic Service team to make necessary change prior to launch; and
  • Prepare documents and work closely with marketing team arrange specific event to launch solution to the market.
  • Review Existing Product
  • Work closely with relationship manager to get customer feedback on existing solution;
  • Review and edit existing solution to keep customer satisfy; and
  • Work closely with DAS team to renovate existing solution.
  • Communication
  • Work closely with other related departments in solution development; and
  • Ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally.
  • Other Duties
  • Assist CBC management with other tasks as required;
  • Take initiative in doing other task appropriately; and
  • Other duties as assign by supervisor or line manager.
Requirements
  • Essential skills & experience:
  • Holds a Bachelor Degree of Banking and Finance or related degree with at least one year relevant work experience;
  • Basic knowledge of bank, microfinance and leasing sector;
  • An out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable to a dynamic environment;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;
  • Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail;
  • Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality;
  • Is self-motivated, committed to self-improvement and a team player; and
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
 

Public Relation and Executive Assistant

Duties
  • Content Development and Management
  • Work closely with related stakeholders to produce content writing or helps drive strategy with a team of writers
  • Beyond content creation comes writing and editing of any other PR asset that touches the light of day, the eyes of customers or journalists.
  • Work closely with marketing and product team to come up with informational one-sheeters about new products or launches, case studies, event descriptions and signage
  • Develop and disseminate overarching corporate messaging to build a strong brand with consistent message
  • Responsible for ideating, writing, editing, pitching, placing, and then promoting executive thought leadership articles for not only the CEO, but also other senior executives
  • Media Engagement and Monitoring
  • Plan, implement and manage public relations activities and strategies 
  • Engages with reporters on social media, maintains relevant media lists, and manages all follow-through with reporters and journalists
  • Measure performance of each activity and event
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews for CEO and senior management team
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers
  • Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices
  • Crisis Management
  • Responsible for protecting the company from a threat to its reputation.
  • Establish methods and policies to be used when an organization’s operations become involved in an emergency affecting the public. This includes policies and procedures for the distribution of information to employees, media, government and other key publics.
  • Communication and Cross-functional Collaborations
  • Develop communications objectives that are aligned with an organization’s overall objectives.
  • Act as corporate communicator by interaction with senior management team and staff.
  • Responsible for sharing the information cross-functionally in order to spur more regular intel-sharing.
  • Act as data journalism by working closely with internal team to bred data and turning that data to be the marketable stories.
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure the communication match with the corporate brand.
  • Executive Assistant
  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Management Team, and staff members.
  • Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with stakeholders.
  • Supports CEO in his external commitments including service on external boards, committees and other groups.
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings.
  • Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.
Requirements
  • EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, communication, journalism or similar relevant filed
  • Experience with social sciences background and an interest in banking and finance
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage public relation with media and stakeholders.Previous working experience as Public Relations Specialist is a plus.
  • Good communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, external partners and investors.
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, out of the box thinker, able to solve problems.Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills in English and Khmer.
 

Graphic Designer

POSITION/TITLE: Graphic Designer

REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Graphic Design Officer of the Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) is responsible for produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. And you should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures/leaflets and product packaging.

Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines. Additional tasks will be assigned by supervisor/marketing manager.

Duties
  • Work closely with Marketing team and related stakeholders.
  • Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
  • Review existing designed items and work with external vendor to ensure high quality.
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
  • Apply typography techniques.
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
  • Increase user friendliness in digital products.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
  • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
  • Other tasks assigned by marketing manager.
Requirements
  • EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
  • Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role at least 6 months is a plus.
  • Experience with UI/UX and digital content design background and an interest in banking and finance.
  • Previous working experience with advertising agency and video animation is a plus.
  • Be able to work under pressure and work as a team.
  • SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Portfolio of completed design projects.
  • Proficient and Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and others.
