Announcement Positions

Accountant (2 Positions)

Duties
  • Examine statements to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
  • Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure prompt payment
  • Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
  • Organize and maintain financial records
  • Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned
  • Make best-practices recommendations to management
  • Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
  • Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals
  • Preparation of reports
  • Compliance to internal control procedures
  • Other tasks be assigned by management
  • Ensure that accounting records properly maintained accurate
  • Prepare monthly tax declaration submit to tax department.
  • Checking monthly tax filling declaration (TOP, TOS, WHT)
  • Check daily invoices bill out
  • Check & follow up customer overdue payment
  • Maintenance of Balance Schedules and Fixed Assets register
  • Prepare monthly staff payroll
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read Chinese will have extra advantage
  • University degrees Accounting / Finance / Banking, Professional certificate
  • Strong analytical accounting skill
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • At least 3 experiences in Freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Good English communication (written and spoken)
  • Flexible hard working and honest
  • Computer literacy
 

Operation Export (1 Position)

  • Salary: $300 - $700
Duties
  • To handle prepare shipping documents export shipment (FCL, LCL, Air) custom clearance process.
  • Update document timely manner closed filed scanned via e-file
  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow meeting customer expectations
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operational system
  • Build strong relationship customer, airline, team and other concern parties
  • Interact with customers in arranging their shipments, meeting customer service standards.
  • Follow up tracking cargo status timely update all concern parties
  • Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations.
  • To comply any other assignment duties assigned by management
  • Contact cooperate customer & oversea agent prepare related document import
  • Follow up shipment status carriers, forwarding agent, airline trucking companies
  • Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
  • Coordinate operation team accomplish work required quality delivered Cargo
  • Strong follow SOP requirement
  • Ensure credit facility before release Bill Lading
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read Chinese will have extra advantage
  • Year 3 or 4 student University of Foreign Language, Marketing and Business
  • Strong analytical accounting skill
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Operation Import (3 Positions)

Sales Executive (2 Positions)

Duties
  • Prepare sale strategy to approach new customers
  • Set sale target, visit and follow up with customers
  • Report sale activities to sale management
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Resolve customers complains and raise the issue of customers to the sale management
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read Chinese will have extra advantage
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experiences in Sale and Marketing for Freight Forwarding or Logistics field.
  • Good English communication and writing (if additional Chinese language is priority)
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to achieve targeted monthly income set by the company
  • Able to do Sales Planning ahead (Initial 3 months)
  • Possesses management skills to be able to lead the sale team
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management
