Kamboo Project was established under the name "United Asia Charity" in September 2014 as a Swiss non-profit association. Since September 2018 we are “Kamboo Project”. Together, we are passionately committed to the rural Cambodian population to sustainably improve their lives. Since 2014, we have been implementing projects in the provinces of Siem Reap and Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia. In addition to this clear geographic focus, we limit our activities to three core areas where we can have the most impact: drinking water and sanitation, sustainable construction and renovation, and education. Position Summary

Duration: 2 Years.

Report to: Senior Project Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the effective and efficient managing of the program and its activities through the provision of overall guidance to the team on planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the program activities.
  • Develop strategies, methods to implement action plans, campaigns, compilation, and preparation of drafts, statements and tools for training/refresher for capacity building in the preparation of concept proposals.
  • Facilitate within a team to plan monthly, quarterly activities according to Log frame which has been set.
  • Facilitate the preparation of documents for project implementation
  • Identify and implement improvements to help the program achieve its stated aims and objectives
  • Conduct sufficient visit, monitor and evaluated to the project on a regular basic and provide effective input/feedback to the team for improvement and ensure milestones and targets set in the Logframe are achieved.
  • Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual report or Cash study to respond to project expectation.
  • Leading the team in preparing program work/action plans and annual budgets.
  • Assist Country Manager in gathering information for relevant donor and annual reporting and monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • This position may also require additional tasks at request of the supervisor or management board.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any Major.
  • Experience in project management or Child Health an advantage.
  • Experience with Monitoring and Evaluation.
  • Experience with organizations the health sector either community or school development.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be proficient using Ms Word, Excel PowerPoint Internet.
  • Strong communication (both written spoken) English Khmer.
  • Good in team communication and team work mood.
