Borey Tangov is a various home development company established since 2011 which provide home flats for sale with different projects such as Borey Garden Tangov, Tangov House and Borey Tangov. Now we are expanding our projects so we need some potential candidates to fulfill the following position:

Position Summary

Location: Pongror Village, Sangkat Snor, Khan Kambol, Phnom Penh (Tomnup Kobsrov)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operation.
  • Check and control all receipts and invoices from suppliers.
  • Prepare and booking all income & expense into accounting system.
  • Stand by to receive daily income, cash deposit from customers.
  • Check and prepare bank reconciliation of cash in and out daily and monthly.
  • Prepare financial report to be submitted to GM.
  • Supervise cashiers to follow up with customers to make payments by schedule.
  • Work with other financial institutions to process loan for customer.
  • Prepare commission report to be paid to sale agencies.
  • Prepare and make payment to all sub-contractors, labor worker, suppliers and others on time and as requested.
  • Be involve in checking stock of all construction materials.
  • Keep all important accounting documents in a good manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance & Banking or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years experiences in Accounting role;
  • Has experience in loan processing in banking or MFI institution is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using computer (Word, Excel….etc.)
  • Be able to use Quickbook or other accounting software or online system.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills;
  • Be honest, friendly, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure;
  • Sound decision making capabilities;
