TSNR Distribution Co., Ltd. is a leading distribution service provider in Cambodia with nationwide coverage to 20 main provinces. We are focus on FMCG distribution and the sole distributor for SCJohnson, LION, NCP and others products in Cambodia, e.g. market leader brands like Raid, Glades, Shokubutsu, Kodomo, Ovaltine, Fitne, Net, Seagull etc. In order to meet the growing demand and business expansion, we are looking for suitable and qualified candidates to fulfil the following position.

Announcement Positions

Accountant

Duties
  • Preparation Financial Statements for Managers
  • Prepare Payment Plans and Schedule to Suppliers
  • Raise Payments Voucher for Manager to Approve
  • Posting Transaction to System for supervisor to approve
  • Collect income from Sale Customers
  • Produce Accounting Reports
  • Print Cheques
Requirements
  • Education:
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Other related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience as Accountant.
  • Technical skills:
  • Self-motivate, flexible, puncture, honest, hard-working
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP
  • Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines
 

Activation Supervisor

Duties
  • Sales
  • To assist Lion principle & sales manager in leading, directing and motivating team in order to achieve sales objectives
  • To create and develop effective route to market plan for outlet visit
  • To observe and generate sales opportunities to current and new customers
  • To conduct sales activities for Lion products as assigned to trades and consumers
  • To provide professional and excellent service level to customer for a good business relationship
  • To submit any assigned reports
  • To engage consumers and acquiring new consumers when doing booth activities or event in Phnom Penh
  • To lead and facilitate team when assigned to do consumer activities
  • PG
  • To strongly supervise PG team in the definition of LION product promotor
  • To closely monitor the progress of work and improvement needed assigned by LION and TSNR marketing team
  • To attend weekly, monthly meetings/briefs with PG and TSNR marketing team to update market and consumer behavior, competitor movements, any condition updates in MT for next prompt action plans
  • To coordinate with TSNR & PG for any booth activation activity
  • To regularly observe PG when working on field
Requirements
  • Education:
  • At least University student;
  • Experience:
  • Experienced as Activation is a plus
  • Technical skills:
  • Having leadership and know how to motivate and lead team to reach goals
  • Having sales/ product promotor background is a must
  • Good command of email, MS office, Internet
  • Able to drive with license
 

Account Payable

  • Able to produce task on times
  • Able to produce flexible Reports
  • Good team work within department
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP
  • Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines
 

Account Receivable Clerk

  • Prepare Invoices for Bill-Collectors.

  • Check A/R Credits with systems.
Requirements

  • Graduate Students are recommended, Preferably Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Other related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Freshly Graduate Students are recommended, Preferably a 1 years’ experience in cashier or account receivable.
  • Technical skills:
  • Able to follow up Credit Customers with good manners
  • Good with Timeline for Credit Customers
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP
  • Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines
 

Account Receivable Supervisor

Reports to : Accountant Manager

Duties
  • Key Responsibilities / Challenges of the position
  • Update the Account Receivable Records every day.
  • Improvise the process of collection Credit from Customers
  • Keep the Credits to an acceptable level
  • Monitor collection activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts by sending follow ups and call check with the customer directly.
  • Supervise the work of others in the department.
  • Product Reports based upon request by Supervisor
Requirements
  • Education:
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Other related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in accounting receivable.
  • Technical skills:
