Faculty of Innovative Visual Arts in Fashion Design & Business Innovation

We are seeking a dynamic Visual Merchandising Lecturer to bridge the gap between creative design and commercial strategy. You will lead our students through the art of spatial design, consumer psychology, and brand storytelling, preparing them for high-level careers in the global retail industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Developing & Delivery: Teach core modules including Window Display Design, Retail Atmosphere, Mannequin Styling, and CAD for Retail Spaces.
  • Industry Connection: Leverage your professional network to bring in guest speakers, organize site visits to flagship stores, and secure internship opportunities.
  • Trend Analysis: Keep the curriculum up to date with the latest in sustainable VM practices and "phygital" (physical + digital) retail technologies.
  • Assessment: Evaluate student portfolios, technical drawings, and creative installations with constructive, industry-standard feedback.
  • Coordinate and support with teams to ensure the students’ outcomes
