The Finance Officer is responsible for providing support in financial and administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective operations in APOPO’s Dog Projects abroad and Mine Action in general.

Purpose of the role:
The APOPO LIMIS & Enterprise Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the setup, deployment, and ongoing support of APOPO’s Location Intelligence and Management Information System (LIMIS), with a primary focus on the implementation and operation of a hybrid ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environment hosted in Microsoft Azure.
The role ensures that operational, ADS survey, clearance, remote sensing, and asset-tracking data are securely managed, integrated, and made available through scalable enterprise GIS services. Working closely with Information Management, Remote Sensing, and operational teams, the Coordinator will support the transition from project-based GIS tools to a robust enterprise-level system that underpins evidence-based decision-making, reporting, and sector coordination.
