with Regional Artemisinin-Resistance Initiative-4 Elimination (RAI4E)
The National Center for Parasitology, Entomology and Malaria Control (CNM) has been leading Cambodia’s national malaria control and elimination efforts since 2004 through a series of grants supported by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM). Under the Regional Artemisinin Initiative 4 Elimination (RAI4E) Grant, managed by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), CNM serves as the Principal Implementing Partner (PIP) in Cambodia, collaborating with multiple partners to strengthen decentralized malaria interventions at the provincial and operational district levels.
CNM manages the Malaria Information System (MIS) to strengthen surveillance, reporting, and program management. As malaria elimination progresses, new data needs, updated platforms, and interoperability requirements have emerged, particularly integration with the national Health Management Information System (HMIS) built on DHIS2.
To improve reporting efficiency, digital supervision, and data integration, CNM seeks a qualified Technical Assistant (TA) to support the development of mobile/web applications, enhance MIS modules, and update the MIS–HMIS integration workflow.
