Cambodian Health and Education for Community (CHEC) is a national non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to promoting gender equality, community health, and social development through empowerment, education, and advocacy. Over the years, CHEC has implemented various programs focusing on gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, youth empowerment and community resilience.
To ensure organizational sustainability and continued impact, CHEC recognizes the need to strengthen its internal capacity in resource mobilization and proposal writing. With the growing competition for donor funding and the evolving development landscape in Cambodia, it is essential for CHEC to diversify its funding sources, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the quality and competitiveness of its funding proposals.
Therefore, CHEC seeks to engage a qualified consultant or consulting firm to design and deliver a Resource Mobilization and Proposal Writing training program and provide tailored coaching to staff for developing effective fundraising strategies and high-quality proposals.
Purpose of the Consultancy
