Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our administration team. This role is the heart of our centre—welcoming parents and students, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the school runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet parents, students, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer phone calls and parent inquiries and follow up when needed.
  • Keep the centre clean, tidy, and well-prepared before classes.
  • Assist with student attendance, enrollment, and communications.
  • Manage and track inventory of worksheets, stationery, and supplies.
  • Provide general admin support to the chief instructor.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree
Work History:
  • Hospitality Management for 1 year
