The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks within the logistics department, supporting the Logistics Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods. This role involves coordinating shipments, liaising with suppliers and carriers, tracking orders, managing documentation, and assisting with inventory control. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee all aspects of residential construction projects in Phnom Penh. This role will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will act as a direct assistant to the Residence Construction Owner, providing crucial support in project coordination, communication, and site management.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for our SME group in Cambodia. This involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing sales performance. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the Cambodian market and a passion for driving success in an SME environment.
The Sales Staff (Chinese Speaking) will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for engaging with Chinese-speaking clients and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in Mandarin and Khmer, to build relationships, understand customer needs, present products or services effectively, and close sales within the Cambodian market.
