Duties
  • Commercial Due Diligence and Market Research
  • In charge of and lead research workstreams supporting pre-feasibility and feasibility study exercise for market entry, new business ventures, restructuring and other projects assigned.
  • Coordinate sector analyses in order to identify suitable target sectors or companies and lead the preparation of pitches for clients and prospects.
  • Lead the team to achieve their transactional objectives, through a thorough presentation of processes and strong deal execution.
  • Consulting and Advisory
  • Lead the team in developing the initial business plan following the feasibility study exercise.
  • Lead the team to achieve transactional objectives, including securing financing or funding, executing company restructuring, and commercializing business operations.
  • Lead the team and take ownership of preparation of key deliverables such as: information memoranda, management presentations, valuation exercises, financial models, identification of counterparties, and client communication
  • Relocation and Localization of Businesses
  • Maintain and manage ongoing relationships with clients, prospects, counterparties, banks, advisors, and other corporate network for business relocation and localization.
  • Leveraging local market knowledge to support businesses and entities in setting up operations.
Requirements
  • Hold a university degree in finance, business administration or equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant transaction experience in Investment Banking and/or Consulting.
  • Have prior experience in vendor and project management.
  • Have prior experience in commercialization of businesses or market entry.
  • Strong analytical, technical and report writing skills, are result-oriented, with attention to detail and quality when delivering results under time pressure.
  • Have a sound commercial acumen and understanding of international markets.
  • Have proven project management, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other related applications.
  • Excellent command of the English language is mandatory. Business Chinese fluency is highly advantageous.
 

General Manager-Prince Trust

JOB SUMMARY

The General Manager will be responsible for Prince Trust Business Strategy and leading capital inflows into Cambodia through trust structures, originating high-quality deal flow, setting up Real Estate Trust, Money Trust, and Inheritance Trust. This role requires a proven track record in cross-border business development, leadership within the financial service, Trust, Banking, maintain operational excellence, and track record of working with High-Net-Worth Individuals. The General Manager will oversee business profitability, end-to-end business development, client servicing, and operational processes to ensure market leadership, revenue growth, and regulatory compliance.

Duties
  • Maximize Deal Sourcing and Average Deal Size
  • Build and maintain a strong network of investors, institutions, and family offices to source qualified deals for potential trust clients.
  • Maintain Operational Efficiency and Management Reporting
  • Lead business development and legal teams to drive client acquisition and efficient service delivery.

  • Experiences & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in the trust industry, banking or investment advisory firms, wealth management firms as management role.
  • Proven track record in sales within international financial institutions, high network individuals, real estate companies in Cambodia/ emerging markets in Asia
  • Industry exposure to the early setup of operational and commercialization licensed fund is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

Prince Horology is seeking a motivated and leadership-oriented General Manager to support new Watch Service Center and the Executive Principal. The General Manager will play a critical leadership role in setting up and managing the Watch Service Center. This includes establishing operations, recruiting and training staff, and driving service excellence to Swiss international standards. In addition, the General Manager will support the Executive Principal by assisting with operational oversight at Prince Horology, helping to strengthen institutional efficiency and stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on, results-driven leader ready to build and grow a world-class service center while contributing to the broader mission of skills development in Cambodia.

Duties
  • Primary – Watch Service Center Setup, Management, and Staff Development
  • Lead the full establishment of the Watch Service Center, including the design of operational systems, service workflows, quality control, and customer service protocols, ensuring alignment with international best practices and Swiss horological standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise technical and client service teams, selecting individuals with strong technical skills and a commitment to service excellence, and building a team structure focused on operational efficiency and outstanding customer experience.
  • Drive service excellence and operational efficiency by setting service standards, managing daily operations, overseeing client feedback, and fostering a client-first culture.
  • Manage financial performance, pricing, inventory, and service reporting to achieve business development targets while maintaining high service quality; oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and implement technical and customer service training programs to ensure staff meet Swiss watch service standards in both technical competency and customer relationship management.
  • Build a high-performance, precision-driven service culture emphasizing professionalism, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experiences & Skills:
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in operations management, retail services, hospitality, or a related sector, with demonstrated expertise in overseeing daily operations, implementing service systems, and driving business performance. Prior experience in setting up new service centers, outlets, or operational units is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
  • 2–3 years of direct team leadership and supervisory experience, with a proven ability to recruit, train, manage, and motivate diverse teams to achieve operational goals. Experience in developing team structures, performance monitoring, and fostering high service standards is essential.
