Administrative Assistant with Consulate of the Republic of Korea

Announcement Description

The Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Siem Reap is looking for local qualified to fill a position below:

Duties

Providing additional, ad hoc secretarial support as required for the Consul General and Vice Consul
Provides interpretation and translation services as needed.
Information management – maintaining adequate hard-copy and electronic files covering the work of the Consul General and Vice Consul.
Receiving and report incidents involving Korean citizens
Coordinate with all related government sections
Organize and assist cultural event
Perform other duties as assigned by the Consulate

Requirements

Qualification Requirement:
Cambodian nationality only
A bachelor’s degree is required
Excellent command of English
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to handle personal issues/information and deal with staff and clients in a friendly and sensitive maner.
Good problem-solving skills, sound judgement, common sense and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office is required
Additional Requirement
Korean Language TOPIK II (From level 3 is a plus)
Driving License
The successful candidate need to have relevant work experiences.
