Khmer Water Supply Holding (“KWSH”) is a private water utility operator committed to expanding access to clean and affordable piped water across rural Cambodia. The company acquires and manages piped water stations in which we introduce our expertise to standardize operations, improve water quality, and build new infrastructure to connect more households.
The company is now a key player in the sector, operating five stations with >25,000 connections consuming 3.4 billion liters of water in 2024. In 2024, the Ministry of Industry recognized KWSH as operating the top two large scale stations and top two medium scale stations in the country.
We are entering a phase of rapid acquisitions of new stations and are seeking qualified water engineers to support the company in this growth.

- The successful candidate will work closely with the KWSH’s Chief Technical Officer in all key activities of the engineering team, including:
- Conduct technical studies of existing piped water stations and greenfield sites for potential acquisition.
- Assess the value and conditions of pre-acquisition assets.
- Plan for future water demand based on socio-economic survey data.
- Design & construct cost-effective infrastructure to meet future water demand.
- Calculate the additional investment costs needed to connect all viable households in the license area (new pipeline installation, new treatment plant construction, new pumping & electrical equipment study and selection, other).
- Implement expansion plans at newly acquired stations
- Oversee in-house construction projects.
- Establish partnerships with engineering & construction consultants, contractors & vendors where appropriate for cost-efficient solutions.
- Track project expenditure and timeline against original plans.
- Provide technical support to the operations teams of the stations under KWSH management.
- Define & document KWSH operational standards and increase station staff capacity.
- Identify & introduce new solutions to KWSH Stations (production automation / optimization, energy efficiency, water quality improvements, KPI tracking).
Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience in engineering roles (with preference for hydraulics engineering, water resource management, civil engineering, or related fields).
- Strong familiarity with CAD/GIS/QGIS mapping and other water utility design & management software.
- Strong budgeting, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to travel and stay at provinces occasionally.
- English speaking preferred but not required.

- កំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណ និងណែនាំដំណោះស្រាយថ្មីចំពោះស្ថានីយ៍ KWSH (ស្វ័យប្រវត្តិកម្ម/ការបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពផលិតកម្ម ប្រសិទ្ធភាពថាមពល ការកែលម្អគុណភាពទឹក ការតាមដាន KPI)។
Requirements
- មានបទពិសោធន៍យ៉ាងតិច ២ ឆ្នាំក្នុងតួនាទីវិស្វកម្ម (មានអាទិភាពចំពោះវិស្វកម្មហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធទឹក, ការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹក, វិស្វកម្មស៊ីវិល ឬវិស័យដែលទាក់ទង)។
- មានចំណេះដឹងល្អលើកម្មវិធី CAD/GIS/QGIS និងកម្មវិធីផ្សេងៗដែលទាក់ទងនឹងការរចនា និងគ្រប់គ្រងប្រព័ន្ធផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹក។
- មានជំនាញខ្ពស់ក្នុងការរៀបចំថវិកា, គ្រប់គ្រងពេលវេលា និងសម្របសម្រួលការងារ។
