In Cambodia, we work very closely with our Suppliers and will be responsible for keeping an eye on Primark’s social and sustainability commitments doing the following:

  1. Conducts social compliance audits in Primark supplier factories and produces audit reports.
  2. Monitors working conditions in new and existing factories.
  3. Provides support to suppliers, factories, and workers through the approval process.
  4. Raises awareness about the importance of ethical trading and communicates the company’s requirements.
  5. Manages and analyses data relating to the role and updates Primark systems.







Duties
  • What You’ll Do:
  • In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of departments, markets and skill sets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Conducts social compliance audits in Primark supplier factories and produces audit reports.
  • Monitors working conditions in new and existing factories.
  • Provides support to suppliers, factories, and workers through the approval process.
  • Raises awareness about the importance of ethical trading and communicates the company’s requirements.
  • Manages and analyses data relating to the role and updates Primark systems.
Requirements
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel that they belong, and they can bring their best selves to work – so please bring your authentic self, and other key experiences and abilities for this role in particular:
  • Experience in Compliance or Audit with a focus on social Compliance
  • Experience in CR and ET and the factory environment
  • Factory audit and remediation processes (e.g. SMETA, SA8000, APSCA)
  • Excellent organisation/communication skills
  • The ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders & across the business IT literate (database, spreadsheets)
