with The Cambodia Sustainable Landscape and Ecotourism Project
The Royal Government of Cambodia has received US$ 50.66 million financing from the International Development Association (IDA)] (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit” toward the cost of The Cambodia Sustainable Landscape and Ecotourism Project (CSLEP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for The Construction of Nursery Station at Kulen (Preah Cheyvoroman Norodom) National Park (Contract No.: MOE-CW-2024-03).

Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures outlined in the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for Externally Financed Projects/Programs.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the ITB.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee US$ 60.00 or its equivalent in Cambodian Riel being 240,000.00. The method of payment will be by cash. The Bidding Documents will be sent by email or may be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder. Other than payment of non- refundable fee, there are no other conditions for the purchase of the Bidding Documents

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12th March 2025 at 2:30 PM (Cambodia Local Time). Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be immediately open after the deadline for submission of bid in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address provided in the contact details.
