Position Summary

Department: Sale and Marketing

Reports to: GM

Salary: Start from 450 USD ~ can be negotiate base on qualification and work experience.

Purpose of Position: This sale and marketing position is responsible for carrying out of planning and implementation of all sale and marketing Angkor Eye.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops, coordinates and communicates strategies, objectives, policies and programs for all Sale and marketing Branding of all outlets. Guides communication with the operation team to establish common strategies and goals and establish best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • SPECIFIC TASKS:
  • Develop Sales and Marketing Strategy – Working with members of the operation and executive management team, the Sale and Marketing Manager will drive the creation and implementation of the company’s sales and marketing strategy to increase market share and profitability in each business segment including consumer, B2B large and small clients.
  • Team Building, Maintenance and Participation – Partners with operation team (events) as well as other business leaders to ensure effective coordination and relationships with all disciplines of the organization.
  • Develop a Sale and Marketing Vision – Develops a long-range course of action or set of goals to align with the WOWDY Company’s Vision
  • Plan sale and marketing objectives. Branding of the Angkor Eye and its outlets
  • Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Gather and analyse customer insight.
  • Job Description
  • As a Sale and Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the Leadership Team and your responsibilities will include:
  • Sales activities for tour companies, companies and organizations.
  • Invitation of private anniversary such as birthday, marriage, etc
  • Support and assist all Events for general customers, proposing and executing a promotion plan
  • Management of Facebook, WEB etc., correspondence
  • The above sales and marketing annual plan, 1Month plan formulation and results verification, and reporting
  • Develop and implement strategic sale and marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for services.
  • Develops and manages sale and marketing operating budgets.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key strategic partners.
  • Other duties assigned by the General Manager
Requirements:
  • Experience
  • At least 1 ‘years’ experience in corporate or private sector including sales and progressive marketing experience.
  • Education & Training
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or related field.
  • Skills
  • Good Negotiation skills and Ability to be creative in seeking new business opportunity
  • Strong commitment to team management approach, including good managerial, leadership, supervisory, interpersonal or negotiation skills
  • Computer excels & word, power point, internet and email etc.
  • Personal Qualities
  • Business Acumen.
  • Leadership, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving/Analysis, polite and Results Driven.
  • Strategic Thinking and Technical Capacity.
  • Language(s)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
  • Able to communicate additional language such as Chinese/ Korean/ Thai is plus.
  • Preferable
  • The candidate from Siem Reap, currently working in Phnom Penh after relocating due to COVID-19, is interested in returning to Siem Reap for the right job opportunity.
