Announcement Positions

Operation Manager (1 Position)

Duties
  • Assist the branch manager to manage, organize, and implement on the operations of the branch;
  • Help to develop and implement on objectives, and operation strategies for each branch;
  • Assist the branch manager with tasks to ensure that all actions and operations comply with established policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist the branch manager to manage and organize daily operations of the branch;
  • Provide day to day direct supervision on the operations of each department in order to ensure effectiveness and transparency.
  • Assist the branch manager in establishing the branch's financial plan to align with the company's master development and operational plans.
  • Assist the branch manager to report of the monthly operation
  • Assist the branch manager to implement on the internal auditing works of the branch as well as the company;
  • Assist the branch manager to negotiate directly with all suppliers of the branch;
  • Assist the branch manager to manage and monitor on the implementation of salary payment of the branch;
  • Act on behalf of the branch manager during his/her absent of more than 5 days;
  • Report directly to the branch manager;
  • Perform accordance with the procedures and internal policies of the company;
  • Assist Branch Manage to prepare maintenance plan and budget plan
  • Assigned additional task by the Branch Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or a related field
  • 2 or 3 years of experience in related work.
  • Can drive the Truck and Driving License type “C” or “D” is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) with massive data.
  • Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline
  • Good interpersonal Communication and problem-solving skill
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Able to write, read and speak in English.
  • Work independence and self-management, Excellent teamwork and team building skills

Responsibilities:

As a Business Service and Communication at GAEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's waste management and recycling initiatives. You will be responsible for fostering public relationships, driving corporate social responsibility programs, and overseeing new projects aimed at promoting a circular economy. This role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with various departments to align operations with GAEA's vision, to lead the way in sustainable waste management by implementing innovative solutions that protect the environment, enhance community well-being, and promote a circular.

Duties
  • PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and provincial authorities to facilitate GAEA's waste management and recycling initiatives. Act as the company's representative in meetings and negotiations, ensuring alignment with GAEA's mission and compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Attend meetings with authorities when required and provide action plans for waste management in Siem Reap and other provinces as required by the Company.
  • Work closely with City Hall, DoE, Provincial Hall and other related business partners
  • Support administrative tasks for any needs related to local authorities.
  • Act as GAEA's representative in meetings with NGOs and businesses, aiming to foster partnerships and collaborations.
  • Participate in GAEA's environmental and social commitments, provide recommendations, and represent GAEA in relevant platforms.
  • Update and present GAEA improvement reports, including quarterly and annual reports, focusing on key performance indicators.
  • COOPERATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
  • Lead GAEA's Recycling Project, setting specific sustainability goals aligned with GAEA's vision, mission and core value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation, operation, and monitoring.
  • Provide comprehensive action plans for new sustainability projects and coordinate with teams for implementation and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with businesses, NGOs, and schools to improve waste collection and promote cleanliness.
  • Identify and implement waste management solutions in underprivileged areas, aligning with GAEA’s broader social responsibility goals.
  • Develop waste management training materials for community education and skill training materials for internal staff.
  • Conduct waste management training sessions for schools, NGOs, and communities.
  • COMMUNICATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OPERATIONS
  • Manage GAEA's social media platforms with a focus on environmental education, project announcements, and customer engagement.
  • Support the Customer Service team in meetings with targeted customers, such as local businesses and government agencies.
  • Provide action plans and coordinate with authorities, the Customer Service department, and the Operations department to expand waste collection services.
  • Closely work with cross-functional team member and head of the department.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Management, Environmental Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Management Level, preferably in project-driven environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, (Khmer and English)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office programmers and familiarity with project management software.
  • Experience in data analytics tools for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experience managing/ training staff.
  • Experience working with national/international NGOs or companies
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and commitment to collaborating with other departments.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including Sub-decree 113.
  • Independent, resilient, proactively self-motivated and be able to work on own initiative whilst also being team player.
  • Willingness to take new tasks/ responsibilities when required.
  • Honesty, reliable and work with integrity.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, partners/managers at all levels

Admin Officer (1 Position)

Duties
  • Responsible and control the administration stock (Stationery and Supplies), Uniform and Admin Stock with monthly report.
  • Identify the need of the stationary for existing staff and new joint staff with report and procced with request needed.
  • Responsible for identifying the need of the suppliers of the cleaners, cooks, laundry and other concerned departments with monthly request and reports.
  • Assist the Manager in making sure the Health and Safety practice are followed by the workers and the staffs.
  • Responsible on making sure the organizational chart of each department is up to date at the delegation from the manager.
  • Assist the manager in translating documents from Khmer to English and English to Khmer.
  • Making sure the telephone list of all staff and workers is up today by monthly bases.
  • Responsible for the supervisory of the security with the security company/provider with report.
  • Assist the Manager in implementing of the policies of the company such as HR, Admin and Purchasing, and typing documents and assist in issuing company announcements.

  • Assist the manager in any staff issues and disciplinary such as warning.
  • New worker introductions and Conduct orientation on company policies and procedure, canteen, accommodation and company do and don’t to all new workers.
  • Responsible for processing with the issuance documents of workers/Staff uniform, Locker, ID Cards and reports
  • Responsible for the supervisory work of the accommodation arrangement of all staff and workers. Weekly checking and identify the need of change intern of tidiness and cleanliness and report.
  • Assist and manage any accident with the staff/worker, visit and follow up the situation of sickness, and claims for the staff and worker with NSSF.
  • Monitor Labor Law updates and check the Company’s compliance the law.
  • Update the policies based on the labor law and Prakas.
  • Monthly report and declaration of staff flow in and out with the department of law bour.
  • Responsible for arranging the work permit for all Cambodian staff and foreigners.
  • Fillings all file of assign.
  • Others tasks might assign by manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of General Management, Administration Management or other related fields.
  • At least 2-year experience with HR and Admin tasks and especially Labor law work.
  • Experienced working for a Company is preferable.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good in English, both speaking and writing

Survey Officer (2 Positions)
