Announcement Positions

Coordinator, Quality Assurance and Halal System (1 Position)

Summary: To ensure the Cambodia plant's products meet quality standards and halal certification requirements by managing compliance, maintaining quality systems, and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Maintain and update QA documentation and address consumer / customer complaints.
  • Quality Management System: Implement and maintain QMS to meet international standards. Conduct audits and manage QMS documentation.
  • Halal Compliance: Work with the Group Halal Compliance team to ensure all products, processes, and materials comply with halal certification requirements. And support halal audits and address any non-compliance issues.
  • Audits and Reporting: Support QA and halal certification audits and ensure all findings are addressed. And Provide updates to the Group on halal certification status and audit results.
  • Training and Collaboration: Train staff on halal and quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all certifications are maintained and compliance is upheld. Also, work together with all HODs to plan and coordinate training under manufacturing.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management or required by the business. Adapt to emerging needs and priorities providing support and flexibility to address various challenges and opportunities
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree In Food Science and technology, or others related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience & knowledge in GMP/HACCP/ISO 22000/FSSC 22000
  • Halal Regulations and Knowledge
  • Familiar with halal requirements from JAKIM, MUI, and Cambodia
  • Muslim candidate is required
  • Regulatory Awareness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, halal certification, and food safety standards
  • Team work
  • Proactive approach
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP is a plus
  • Good in writing and speaking English
 

Forklift Driver (1 Position)

  • Category: Driving/Transport
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable

Job Purpose/Summary: Forklift Driver is to manage for receiving products from Production, support line running, warehouse operation and inventory controlling.

Duties
  • Responsible for FG products and empties pallet stacking in proper area assigned
  • Load and unloading on delivery/incoming trucks
  • Daily inspect the Forklift prior to operate
  • Responsible for WH Housekeeping, and Maintain 5S at Working place
  • Report to Supervisor for abnormal equipment condition such as Forklift, Pallet Handiest and Reach truck.
  • Implement FEFO and to ensure for Date of Dispatch (DOD tag) label for all pallets from Production
  • Report to Supervisor on Product breakage or pallet damage during loading/unloading and also return from the Markets
  • Support for Daily stock count of Inventory and report to Supervisor and perform stock count with cross functions as per schedule
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of WH equipment and Working areas. WH Housekeeping, and Maintain 5S at Working place
  • Respond for packaging and pallets during support line make sure PD line not down time.
Requirements
  • High school graduated
  • Minimum 1 year employed in a similar position
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to fix and maintenance forklift is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure / perform to deadlines and solve problems
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and object
  • Be able to work in the team and individually
  • Ability to build relationship across all Functions
  • Honest & Teamwork, highly committed and following the work ethics
