JOB Overview:

Based in KOFI office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and reporting to the CEO of KOFI, you will be responsible for the leading and managing of Koona’s sales and marketing. Working closely with Kofi’s Sales and Marketing team, as well as principles of brands under Koona, you will be in charge of developing strategies to promote the brands and increase sales.

Duties
  • More specifically, your duties will consist of the following tasks:
  • Work with principles to manage brands under Koona (De’Longhi, Kuvings, Vitamix, Cino and others)
  • Develop and implement marketing plan and Sales activity for the brands
  • Collaborates and effectively manages internal and external partners to execute Sales and Market strategies
  • Good relationship with Modern Trade Channel-Stores with business partners on Horica Channel
  • Data analysis for sale forecast and sale strategy to achieve company plan with Board Director
  • Market analysis on market trend for electronic product to partners and end consumer
  • Operate sale and marketing department to make sure product branding and sale are align to market
  • Financial experience to manage branches and cash flow understanding to related department
  • Budget planning, to make operation of company alignment sale and marketing objectives
  • Branding marketing and Communication Marketing on market demand
  • Good at problem solving and willing to challenge pressure
  • Effective decision maker in competency of company’s object to grow the business
  • Collaborates with cross department on customer-specific point-of-purchase plans and materials to ensure consistency with marketing objectives, sale strategies and customer needs
  • Collaborates closely with brand principal to carry out plans and guidelines
  • Ensure team competency to achieve objectives
  • Controlling actions plan, measurement, analysis, and propose adjustment
  • Effectively monitor stock and sales forecast to avoid out of stock to group of company
  • Conducts competitor and market analysis, including product features / claim analysis, to develop business strategies and initiatives
  • Controlling marketing materials such as catalogs, banners, display and other POSM
  • Respects company rules and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
 

Local Procurement Supervisor

Department: Supply Chain and Procurement Department (SPD)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday morning

PURPOSE: The Local Procurement Supervisor ((i) ensures the efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of quality goods and services locally while maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance with organizational policies. (ii). This role involves vendor management, negotiation, and strategic coordination with internal departments to meet operational needs; (iii) Ongoing assess the company procurement gape and come up with measurable models and approach including strategy and procedure ensure procurement activities delivered highly productive results impacting to long-term business sustainability; and (iv) as a representation of KOFI vision, mission, and core values to lead team members to work with relevant stakeholders internally and externally with the high level of professionalism and integrity etc.

Duties
  • Local procurement are highly efficient operated:
  • Supervise and manage local procurement activities to meet company requirements.
  • Source and evaluate local suppliers to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all procurement transactions ect
  • Suppliers’ management controlled orderly:
  • Keep Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Develop a reliable supplier base to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. ect
  • Cost is managed and reporting accurately and timely:
  • Monitor procurement budgets and ensure spending aligns with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings/optimizations and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports for management ect
  • Accountable compliance and policy adherence:
  • Assess the company procurement gape and strategies the effectiveness and efficiency
  • Prepare necessity measure such as strategic plan, SOP, procedure, manual and form to ensure procurement delivered high productive result
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and legal regulations.
  • Monitor ethical practices in procurement processes.
  • Address and resolve issues related to procurement or supplier non-compliance.
  • Well team Coordination and collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs.
  • Train and guide procurement team members on local sourcing best practices.
  • Provide leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Procurement cost savings achieved annually.
  • Timely delivery rate of sourced goods and services.
  • Supplier performance score (quality, reliability, and cost).
  • Compliance rate with procurement policies.
  • Resolution time for procurement-related issues.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor ect.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Experience in local supplier sourcing and vendor negotiation.
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a focus on cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Language Skills
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer
  • Working Conditions
  • Regular local travel to meet suppliers.
  • Office-based with occasional field visits to inspect goods or resolve supplier issues.
